A busy player with plenty of skill and a superb crosser of the ball, Josh is now in his third season with the club having penned a new one year deal in the summer of 2009.
He initially joined on a three-month long loan term from League Two neighbours Chesterfield in early October, 2007.
His loan was extended to the end of the 2007/08 campaign where he continually put in consistent displays on the right side of the Reds midfield.
A produce of the Spireites Academy set up, he had featured on the bench for Chesterfield's first team.
Son of manager Nicky, Josh has also been used in a central midfield role.
