Two headed goals by Paul Clayton helped steer Alfreton Town to another away win as they triumphed 2-1 at Kingfield against Woking on Saturday.

In front of 1,537 Clayton headed the Reds in front from six yards out from a Josh Law corner on 26 minutes but the hosts were level on 39 when Brett Williams also scored from close range.

The scoring was ended on 54 minutes when man-of-the-match Clayton headed home from inside the six yard box again for his second of the game and his ninth goal for the club in all competitions this season.

The Reds are on the road again on Tuesday night when they travel to face Hyde FC. Kick-off at Ewen Fields is 7.45pm.
