REFRESHED JOE IRONSIDE AIMING FOR 20 GOALS

Alfreton Town striker Joe Ironside is looking to put a frustrating 2014/15 campaign behind him and says he is aiming for more than 20 goals this season.
The former Sheffield United player picked up a major confidence boost when he headed the winner for the Reds in a 3-2 success over Sky Bet Championship side Rotherham United on Tuesday night.
He admits it was a tough first season with the Reds where he had a loan spell before joining on an 18-month contract.
“The last three months were frustrating. I kept having problems with an ankle injury and kept getting knock-backs. Now though I have had a good pre-season and I feel one hundred per cent” said Joe.
“There have been some very good work outs for everyone and most importantly we are scoring goals. There have been a lot of chances created and I think there are plenty of goals in this side.
“There is a totally different feeling about the place. I feel more refreshed.
“Everyone is more or less the same age, has a good hunger, wants to do well and I think that will have a big part to play.
“There is a new belief amongst everyone from the players and coaching and backroom staff and I am excited about the new season.
“I hope to score lots of goals and try and help the club back back up into the Conference Premier. I want more than 20 goals next season” ended Ironside.
