ALFRETON Town concluded their pre-season build-up with a 1-1 draw at Evo-Stik First Division South club Rainworth Miners' Welfare.
Nicky Law's side took the lead on 50 minutes through Jordan Hall but were pegged back by an 88th minute equaliser by Lavell White for the hosts.
The attendance was 175 with Jake Moult the Reds' man of the match.
The Reds begin their first ever season in the Blue Square Premier division next Saturday when they travel to take on Hayes & Yeading United at their groundshare home of Woking FC in Surrey.
