NICKY LAW BEGINS SIX MATCH BAN

NICKY LAW BEGINS SIX MATCH BAN

Saturday Aug 9, 2014

Alfreton Town manager Nicky Law starts the first of a six-match ban today.

He begins serving his sentence for a charge of improper conduct brought against him by the Football Association over an incident which occurred during a Conference Premier Division game last season.

In Nicky Law's absence, assistant manager Russ O'Neill and recently-appointed coach Ronnie Glavin will be in charge of Alfreton's first six Vanarama Conference games of the 2014/15 season.

Law commented: "A decision has been made, whether I agree with it or not, I have got to accept it and I do. I have no further comment to make on the matter."
