KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS v ALFRETON TOWN PREVIEW
Friday Feb 22, 2013
Alfreton Town are on the road again on Saturday when they travel to Worcestershire to take on in-form Kidderminster Harriers in Blue Square Bet Premier Division action.
Reds boss Nicky Law has the luxury of a full-strength squad available with both Anton Brown and Adam Quinn back in contention having recovered from injury.
Law will be looking for his side to bounce back from back-to-back defeats and the Reds go in search of a first league win in three games.
Kidderminster have been in very impressive form of late and have climbed into third place in the table, not only challenging for a play-off spot, but potentially automatic promotion as well.
The fixture looks a very tough test for Alfreton as Steve Burr's side have won six of their last seven games, recording clean sheets in six of them.
The sides drew 1-1 at the Impact Arena in the first league clash between the sides at the Impact Arena back on September 22nd with Dan Bradley's 29th minute goal against his former club being cancelled out by an Anthony Malbon goal on 65 minutes.
Harriers triumphed 3-1 at Alfreton in an FA Trophy first round tie on November 24th when they came from behind, Dan Bradley again on target for the Reds, Danny Pilkington (34), Chey Dunkley (76) and Ryan Rowe (84) with the Harriers goals.
Kick-off at Aggborough is 3pm.
