LATE BRADLEY PENALTY GAINS A POINT FOR REDS
A Dan Bradley penalty success deep in injury time ensured Alfreton Town's unbeaten away run was extended as the Reds hit back to draw 1-1 at Gainsborough Trinity on Easter Monday.
A first half of missed chances at both ends finished goalless but it was the hosts who took the lead on 64 minutes when Jake Picton fired home past Matt Duke whose superb form again earned him the man of the match award.
With time running out, Cecil Nyoni was fouled in the penalty area and Dan Bradley fired home the resultant penalty on 90+5 minutes to gain the Reds a point.
The draw means Alfreton are still unbeaten away in 2016 in all competitions, extending their run to nine games, eight in the league. The Reds were last defeated on their travels way back on December 5th, 2015, when they went down 1-0 at Lowestoft Town.
