THE constitution of THE Blue Square Bet Premier division for the 2011/12 season has been concluded following the play-off final which saw AFC Wimbledon clinch a place in npower League Two after beating Luton Town 4-3 on penalties after a goalless draw after extra time in front of 18,195 at the City of Manchester Stadium.
The full line-up of 24 teams, to be ratified at the Conference Annual General Meeting on June 11th is:
