ALFRETON Town moved out of the Blue Square Bet Premier Division bottom four for the first time this season after securing their second away win of the campaign with a 3-0 victory at bottom-of-the-table Bath City who finished the game with nine men after having two players sent off.
The Reds went ahead on 17 minutes when a Leigh Franks long throw was headed into his own net by City's Adam Connolly.
After both home skipper Gethin Jones and Sean Canham were sent off on 59 minutes, the lead was doubled on 88 minutes when Nathan Jarman netted from the penalty spot after he had been impeded by home keeper Glyn Garner.
On loan midfield man Craig Clay had made his debut from the bench on 75 minutes and he wrapped up three priceless points in the 90th minute when he drilled in a cross from Nathan Arnold.
The Reds man of the match was Dan Lowson who produced three top drawer saves in the first half.
The attendance was 739.
Alfreton Town are back in action on Saturday when they travel to promotion-chasing Luton Town.
