Tuesday, November 29th
Blue Square Bet Premier Division
Barrow AFC v Alfreton Town
Kick-off 7.45pm

ALFRETON Town make their longest journey of the season on Tuesday evening when they visit Barrow AFC in Blue Square Bet Premier Division action.
Reds manager Nicky Law will be without injured central defensive trio Matt Wilson, Adie Hawes and Leigh Franks, but striker Paul Clayton is expected to have recovered from a 'dead leg' received during the 3-2 victory over Hayes & Yeading United last Saturday.
Also missing the fixture is winger Jamie Mullan who sits the game out as he serves the first of a three-match suspension following his sending off on Saturday. Mullan will also miss the game at Southport on Saturday (December 3) and at home to Newport County next Tuesday (December 6).
The Reds go into the game on the back of picking up four points from their last two games and have the chance to record a league double over the Cumbrians having beaten Barrow 2-1 at the Impact Arena back on September 20.
A tough game is in prospect as Barrow have a very good home record this season with six wins, two draws and just two losses on their own turf, scoring 20 times and conceding ten in ten games.
Impressive wins have come against Fleetwood Town (4-0), Wrexham (3-1) and Kidderminster Harriers (3-1) as well as 1-0 over Lincoln City, 2-1 against AFC Telford United and Hayes & Yeading United 3-1.
The two losses have come against Gateshead (1-2) and Mansfield Town (2-3). The draws were against Tamworth (1-1) on the opening day of the season and 0-0 against York City in their last home game.
In their last outing, Barrow went down 1-0 at AFC Telford United last Saturday.
Top goalscorer for the Bluebirds so far is Adam Boyes with 11 Conference Premier goals. Andy Cook has seven.
