ALFRETON TOWN v BARROW AFC
Monday Sep 19, 2011
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th, 7.45pm
ALFRETON Town go into Tuesday night's Blue Square Bet Premier Division home game with Barrow looking for a first home win at the fifth attempt.
For the first of two home games in the space of four days, manager Nicky Law has no new injury worries but does have defender Leigh Franks suspended for one game after he accrued his fifth caution of the season during last Saturday's 3-1 defeat at Kidderminster Harriers.
Law will be looking for his side to respond to three successive defeats.
Barrow arrive in eleventh place in the table after a solid start to the campaign.
They have won four of their nine games but have also lost four with two of them on the road at Southport (2-1) and York City (3-1).
The Bluebirds come into the game on the back of a 3-2 home defeat by in-form Mansfield Town last Saturday.
Joint Barrow bosses Dave Bayliss and Darren Sheridan have taken Notts County defender Haydn Hollis on a month's loan. The 6'4'' central defender goes straight into Barrow's squad for Tuesday evening's game.
Kick-off at the Impact Arena is 7.45pm.
