Alfreton Town head to ninth-placed Barnet on Saturday looking to extend their five-game winning streak which has lifted them firmly into the Skrill Premier play-off positions.

ATFC Supporters' Association are running two coaches to this fixture. There are a few seats left on the second one, contact Mark Thorpe on 07857 558401 to book your place asap. Departure time is 9am.

Reds manager Nicky Law has no new injury worries but will again be without the services of John McGrath and Josh Law. McGrath is being sent for a scan on a knee injury and Law is still around another week away from able to return to action after a long-standing thigh injury.

Law will also have latest signing, former Luton Town and Southport midfield man Godfrey Poku available after he joined the club on loan to the end of the season from Mansfield Town.

The Reds head south in search of a third league double of the season having already secured a 3-1 home win over the Bees at the Impact Arena back on September 21st thanks to goals from John McGrath and a Paul Clayton brace.

The Reds have already secured notable doubles over Kidderminster Harriers and Wrexham in the past few weeks.

Edgar Davids' Barnet side have slipped down the table slightly over the past fortnight but although they are now in ninth place, they are still only three points outside of the play-off places.

The Bees' home record at The Hive is a mixed bag with five wins, five draws and two defeats so far. Recent form however has been responsible for their placings decline as they have suffered three successive 2-1 defeats over the Christmas period including a league double to league leaders Luton Town.

Alfreton have won both of their last two away trips, scoring three goals in each which will give them confidence for what is another very tough test on their travels.
