Alfreton Town produced a sound all-round display to record a comprehensive 3-0 home win over relegation-fighting Ebbsfleet United at the Impact Arena on Tuesday night, the victory extending Nicky Law's side's unbeaten run to four games.

The Reds took a 14th minute lead thanks to a Dan Bradley penalty after Paul Clayton had been bundled over by Paul Lorraine.

And the lead was doubled on 28 minutes when  Clayton's byline cross was guided past his own keeper Preston Edwards by Ebbsfleet defender Paul Walsh with Ben Tomlinson in close attention.

Victory was assured on 71 minutes when Jordan Rose despatched a low shot into the bottom corner to cap a fine debut performance.

Adam Quinn was the Reds man of the match for an outstanding central defensive display and the only disappointment of the night was the fact that the lowest league attendance of the season (459) witnessed such a good performance.

The Reds are at home again on Saturday when Gateshead visit the Impact Arena (3pm).
