Alfreton Town recorded their fifth home win of the season and moved up to third in the Skrill Premier table with a superb 3-1 win over Barnet.
Edgar Davids' side couldn't break through a resolute Reds' defence and the result moved the Reds to third place in the Skrill Premier table. John McGrath opened the scoring on 13 minutes.
Tom Shaw was fouled 30 yards from goal and from the resulting freekick, veteran midfielder McGrath struck the ball with his left boot and watched as it soared into the top-left corner of the net.
Barnet equalised on 48 when Keanu Marsh-Brown finished superbly from 20 yards after a fine run from Curtis Weston, but Alfreton retook the lead minutes later when Paul Clayton turned home a superb cross from Job Ayo Akinde.
Clayton then got his second of the game on 61 minutes, turning home a Daniel Meadows cross from six yards after more good work from Akinde.
Alfreton are back in action on Tuesday night when they travel to the Merseyrail Community Stadium to take on Southport.
