REDS UP TO SIXTH AFTER FOURTH STRAIGHT WIN

Alfreton Town climbed into sixth place in the table after making it four Vanarama National League North wins in a row as they a battling Worcester City side 2-1 at the Impact Arena on Tuesday night.

The Reds took the lead in stunning style after just eight minutes when Ryan Wilson smashed home his first goal for the club from fully 30 yards.

Jordan Robertson added the second to make it three games in a row he has hit the target to give the Reds a 2-0 half-time lead but that was only after Matt Duke produced a fine stop to keep out a 32nd minute Daniel Nti penalty for the visitors.
