MEIKLE'S LATE GOAL WINS IT FOR REDS

Alfreton Town made it thirteen points from the last fifteen as they saw off a battling Chorley side 1-0 at the Impact Arena.

In front of 605, the Reds created the best chances throughout the game but had to wait until the 81st minute for their winner when Lindon Meikle (pictured about to score by Bill Wheatcroft) produced a calm and assured finish from six yards to wrap up three deserved points.
