PROCEDURE FOR ALFRETON TOWN FC HOME GAMES FOR DISABLED PERSON(S)
Alfreton Town Football Club is committed to taking reasonable and practical steps to address the needs of disabled people in obtaining access to our premises and enjoying the experience and services we offer.
The club operates a specific non-discriminatory ticketing policy for disabled supporters and will ensure that the scheme does not differentiate between disabled people with differing impairments.
We seek to treat all of our supporters, customer and visitors fairly and with respect at all times. Disabled access to the Impact Arena can be gained via the North Street Turnstile.
If any games have segregation incorporated then a steward will escort you into the designated segregated area of the ground.
The Club provides the following for supporters with a disability: 11 covered Seats (5 in Main Stand and 6 in Tom McRoy Stand (covered) The wheelchair bays and seats for allocated helpers are located within zone 7 & zone 3 (See map indicating the zones within the Impact Arena).
Should you have any problems accessing these areas please liaise with a steward who will assist.
There are 2 x Disabled Toilets, one at the end of the Tom McRoy Stand (zone 8) and one next to Boardroom (zone 3)
Alfreton Town Football Club’s policy for a disabled person admission prices is for a full paying adult(s)/concession(s) with designated carers gaining access to the game free of charge.

The club reserves the right to request ‘proof of disability’ before issuing any ticket. Such proof shall include a letter stating receipt of the Disability Living Allowance or a personal letter from a GP.
VISITING DISABLED BADGE HOLDERS

Please note that requests will be granted on an availability basis (limited on certain matchdays) and car park entrance only granted on production of a valid blue badge).
