Player Profiles 2018/19 - Cieron Keane

Cieron Keane signed for the Reds at the beginning of September 2017 for the rest of the 2017 /18 season and the following season as well.

He is a left back who can also play on the wing. He is an attacking player who can score goals.

Keane came through the Wolverhampton Wanderers Youth system signing his first Scholarship in July 2012. He was released in Ferbruary 2014 joining Notts County in July 2014. Cieron made his Notts debut in August 2014 following this up in the next game when he played in a 2-1 defeat to Bristol City. He was released at the end of the season with County suffering relegation to League Two.

Keane then signed for National League North side Nuneaton Town along with his brother Jordan. He made his debut on the 18th of August 2015, coming on as a 77th minute substitute  for Marlon Harewood  in the 1-0 win over Lowestoft Town. In all he made 31 appearances for Nuneaton before joining Worcester City at the start on the 2016/17 season. He made 37 appearances for them, scoring 9 times and making a further 14 assists. He was one of their high spots in what was a difficult season.

The start of the 2017/18 season saw Kieron sign for Kidderminster Harriers. He made four appearances before his contract was cancelled by mutual consent.
